Online Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Dr. Caitlin Vance, B.Sc., N.D.

Dr. Caitlin Vance, B.Sc., N.D. received her degree in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from St Francis Xavier University.

She utilizes natural therapies such as botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, and dietary interventions to help her patients feel better. Dr. Vance is a strong advocate of healthy living and is dedicated to helping her patients make sustainable lifestyle changes.

She has a particular interest in cardiovascular health, blood sugar regulation, and mental health, but is devoted to exploring any health concerns you may have.

Dr. Lacey Gerbrandt, B.Sc., N.D

Dr. Lacey, B.Sc., N.D. is a Naturopathic Doctor passionate about helping individuals and families achieve greater health and wellness through compassionate, individualized care. She has a special interest in gastrointestinal health and family wellness.

Her own experiences with health challenges, along with watching friends and family navigate their own health concerns, inspired her to explore natural medicine after struggling to find answers and relief through conventional medicine.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC.

Outside of practice, she is passionate about supporting the health and wellness of individuals and families in her community. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and is regulated by the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta. She also serves as a Board Member with the Dochas Resiliency Foundation.

Jennifer Terbeek, B.Sc., RD

Jennifer has been a dietitian for 16 years, most of which has been working with infants and kids.

She graduated from the University of Alberta 2009 and worked at the Stollery Children's hospital for many years before moving with her husband to the US, where she practiced in a number of States.

She has always loved working with families, and having 3 kids of her own she has experienced first hand the struggles and motivations behind health choices throughout pregnancy: postpartum, breastfeeding, bottling, introduction to solids, picky eating, failure to thrive, weight management and so on!

Samantha Fredeen, B.Sc., RD

Samantha is a Registered Dietitian, who completed her degree of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science, Dietetics Specialization in 2020 at the University of Alberta.

Samantha’s passion is supporting clients heal their relationship with food and their body. She specializes in developing personalized nutrition care plans to help client’s reach their personal goals.

Samantha supports clients in managing chronic diseases, such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease, managing dysphagia, promoting gut health, and supporting clients through their weight loss or weight gain journey.

Kristen Rawlick, B.Sc., RD

Kristen graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Nutrition and Food Science, with a specialization in Dietetics. She is registered with the College of Dietitians of Alberta and the Dietitians of Canada and has been practicing as a Dietitian since 2011.

Kristen has worked in a variety of areas ranging from intensive care and cardiology to outpatient counseling and general medicine.

She currently works at her local community hospital, in both pediatric and adult populations.
